Blogspot news update: It appears the block sending to some blogspot accounts is strictly a block using their API. It also appears that the affected accounts must get verbal approval from blogspot support to remove the block... And, as mentioned, this is as far as I can see totally unpublished... http://chum.ly/n/1e83 .
